NeighborhoodLoan

Consumer Experience
The process is simple.

Mortgage shoppers complete an online application to request a quote and are aware that they will be contacted. No incentives are given to the consumers completing the forms. Many competitor sites on the internet offer free cash rewards, gifts, redeemable points and other gimmicks in order to attract visitors and entice them to request information. None of the prospective clients we sent to you have been given any incentive to complete our application.

Once the borrower has completed the application they are alerted that up to four lenders will be in contact with them shortly. We then route their information to the appropriate lenders that are licensed in that area.

Consumers agree that our service is easy, convenient and effortless for them to find a lender who is interested in their specific financial needs.
