In an effort to answer as many of your questions as possible about our mortgage loan request program, we have put together the following Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). Q: How does Neighborhood Loan obtain the Loan Requests?

A: All loan requests are generated from a network of Internet sites, affiliate relationships, and strategic internet marketing.

Q: What are typical results from your loan requests?

A: Our clients report back that 10-40% of the loan requests we provide result in sales in the short term. This does not include other closings at a future date, and the ability to gain referrals from those loan requests.

Q: How will my loan requests be delivered?

A: The loan requests are delivered once per day, the delivery schedule can accommodate your needs. Loan requests are delivered via eMail.

Q. How much do the loan requests cost?

A: The cost of the loan requests range from $15-$50 per loan request depending on the quantity purchased, what the criteria is, exclusive or semi-exclusive, etc.

Q: What's the turn around time from the time a potential client fills out the application to the time they're delivered to me?

A: Typically within 24-48 hours from the time the potential client hits submit on one of our sites to the time the loan request will end up in your eMail.

Q. What is the minimum amount of loan requests that I can purchase?

A: Our minimum order is a block of 50 loan requests. We also offer blocks of 100, 300, 500, 1000 & 5,000+ loan requests.

Q: Why do consumers prefer Neighborhood Loan's loan requests over other online mortgage sites?

A: Our program offers the best alternative to the impersonal online quotes that are offered on many sites. A large percentage of the consumer base prefers to start the process online but still desire "One-To-One" personal service within the process as well.

Q: How are the loan requests qualified?

A: Neighborhood Loan requires the consumer to complete a detailed questionnaire about the specific product type (Typically 25 items). For the consumer to spend the time to divulge personal information indicates that they have a genuine interest in speaking with you. Further, Neighborhood Loan has an excellent replacement policy, that provides for replacing loan requests with bad phone numbers.

Q: How do I get started?

A: Neighborhood Loan is "Client Friendly" There are NO Start up fees and NO long-term obligations. Loan requests are sold in blocks from 50 to 5,000+.
